Frequently Asked Questions

Can I throw out my ticket now?

No! Not yet! Your ticket contains a private key : the 12 words below the second QR code. You should never share it with anyone. Scammers will often try to get it from you. If you lose it you will lose all of your funds in a definitive way. This is why we advice you to import your wallet on your phone to have a digital copy. However this step is optional and can be performed at anytime if you keep your ticket. To see how check out the next faq.
